Hiking and Mountaineering Training

Dijukno it is recommended to use a heart rate monitor when training?  Train at minimum of 4 days a week keeping your calculated heart rate for
30 minutes after a 5-10 minute warmup and before a 5-10 minute cool down. I recommend 50 minutes of resistance training prior to your cardio workout.
